Fish Ball Noodles

    Today i will be introducing another dish that i bet every one heard or tried it at least once before! The dish 'fishball noodles' when you hear it, it might be a simple dish containing yellow noodles and fishball only, it sounds like there is nothig special about it. However, there are many fantastic fishball noodles around Singapore that i bet you knew!

Tom Yummmmy!

    Tom yum, this would be my favourite dish among all the different kind of noodle types. My opinion: I love spicy things and would spice things up even more thus tom yum would suit my taste buds best! Do post your comments below on whether tom yum is one of your favourite dish if not what is?

     Singapore Wanton noodles was probably influenced by Hong Kong cuisine, but over time Singapore developed their own version of the Wanton Mee.

Laksa - Katong Laksa.

Laksa, a Peranakan dish that can be found in both Singapore and Malaysia. There are many different variations for Laksa but for now i will be talking about Local Food - Singapore Laksa.
