Today i going talk about bobo chacha is also a popular nyonya dessert and so just now i ordered a bobo chacha for my dessert from Golden Swallow Dessert, the bobo chacha that i had just was quite good not too sweet too although coconut milk and sugar is added in bobo chacha to make it taste more sweet it was just nice and they added colorful tadpole jellies on top of it, this make me more feel like eating it by adding tadpole jellies it make the whole dessert more colorful and you will also feel like eating it. Adding tadpole jellies is not every dessert store too only some will do that and a normal bobo chacha does not have tadpole jellies too but do you guys know what this tasty dessert made of ?
it is make of coconut milk, sweet potato, yam, pandan leaves, sugar and salt. If you do not like cold dessert, do not worry bobo chacha do serve in hot too! although i never try before but i bet it will be as nice as the cold one and if you feel like learning how to make a bobo chacha is very easy and uses only very less ingredient to cook it, in addition you can also create your very own version of bobo chacha, why not give it a try?
