Today i would like to talk about a Singapore common and well known dessert which is Ice Kachang, some people may not know what Ice Kachang contain inside, it contain jelly, red beans, sweet corn, attap chee know as palm seed as the base of the Ice Kachang and on top of the Ice Kachang is a mound of shaved ice that is fill with colour syrups and condensed milk, missing one this ingredient it will not be a Ice Kachang...
In the modern times Ice kachang was just a ice ball and it is eaten using hand, old times had past many things have upgraded and Ice Kachang has also upgraded itself too, now Ice Kachnag is serve in a bowl, you can have more flavour topping and the portion is definitely bigger and you can buy it almost everywhere as long as there is hawker centre or food centre. Ice Kachang is definitely the best dessert for cooling off the hot weather in Singapore, give it try if you have the chance it will definitely cool off your hot day!
