Rojak is a famous side-dish for many Singaporeans as it is a tasty and appealing dish.
This word 'Rojak' is actually derived from the Malay language which means a random mixture of various items together. This phenomenal dish will make you crave for more once you taste this amazing delicacy.
It consists of assorted ingredients such as cucumbers, pineapples, beansprouts, fried dough fritters, and fried tofu. This is a dish you definitely have to try out in Singapore, I assure you that you will not regret tasting it. :)
