The dessert i want to talk about today is Bubur Pulut Hitam as known as Black Glutinous rice/porridge, what is Bubur Pulut Hitam ???


Maybe the younger generation may not know what is it as it is a traditional dessert, if you do not know what is Bubur Pulut Hitam, you may want to know now cause IT'S A VERY NICE DESSERT, Bubur Pulut Hitam is a dessert that is serve in hot and is made of black glutinous rice, that is cook until that has the same texture as porridge and it is sticky after that just add some coconut cream on top of it and it ready to serve! if you have not try it before be sure to try it if you are in Singapore because it cheap and nice!
